Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe material on Snugshape infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it.
• Your contact information — address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our designated agent including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the account — identified by its email address — of a user who is a repeat infringer.
